What if I want a refund
We will be accepting Christmas returns for refund or credit up until Friday 6th January providing the return follows our usual terms and conditions below.
If a refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original packaging along with your receipt by Friday 6th January. Please note all parcels must be sent back via tracked delivery as we will not accept responsibility for lost goods. There will be a £2 administration charge placed on all refunds via mail order.

Purchases may also be exchanged or refunded at the Northampton Saints Rugby Store. All items must be returned in re saleable condition along with your receipt and either on or before Friday 6th January. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned have been deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. Please be aware, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued against items which have been personalised such as replica shirts, unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Jewellery, underwear, hats and socks purchased through the Online Store will only be exchanged if deemed to be faulty for hygiene reasons. Please make sure you have ordered the correct item and size at the time of ordering.
