What if I want a refund
If a refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original packaging along with your receipt within 28 days of the purchase date. Please note all parcels must be sent back using via tracked delivery as we will not accept responsibility for lost goods. There will be a £2 administration charge placed on all refunds via online and mail order.

Purchases may also be exchanged or refunded at the Northampton Saints Rugby Store. All items must be returned in re saleable condition along with your receipt and within 28 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned have been deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. Please be aware, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued against items which have been personalised such as replica shirts, unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Jewellery, underwear, hats and socks purchased through the Online Store will only be exchanged if deemed to be faulty for hygiene reasons. Please make sure you have ordered the correct item and size at the time of ordering.
Returning End of Line Clearance Items
Whilst it is possible to return clearance items that are purchased online, these will only be refunded to the original payment method if they are faulty. Non faulty clearance items will only be refunded via gift voucher. Please make sure the items are returned to us using a tracked service within 14 days of purchase as we will not accept responsibility for lost goods. The products reproduced on the Online Store are as seen. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as web and display technologies will allow. No responsibility can be accepted for light variances in colour or style.
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items are always available, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock, or we may sell out earlier than planned. If an item is unavailable at the time of dispatch we may send a substitute item of equal purpose and value on approval. When this is not possible we will place the out of stock item on 'back order' and forward it on a separate delivery.
How and When will it be delivered?
Where possible our parcels are sent by Royal Mail Tracked. Some parcels may require a signature on delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days (subject to stock availability), but please allow up to 14 days delivery to destinations within the UK. Orders sent to overseas destinations may take up to six weeks dependent on the destination. Please check the availability on items when ordering as orders are accepted without guarantee of delivery by specific dates. Please allow an additional 3/5 days for delivery of shirts to be printed. It is our policy to dispatch items ordered in the shortest possible time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages occurred whilst in transit. Although we will advise and help with sizes where we can, responsibility cannot be taken by the online store if the items are not suitable in size when ordered through the Online Store. Please see the above paragraph for our exchange/refund policy.
The prices quoted in the Online Store are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to alter these prices up or down, when required by changes in VAT or other circumstances beyond our control. The correct price will be indicated on the delivery note. We reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, designs or prices or product and conditions of supply.
Prices online may vary from those in store. Ocassionally promotions will be implemented either online or instore.
Offer of the Week
The 'Offer of the Week' promotion is an online only offer and the products will only be reduced online and not in store, however the option to Click & Collect is avaliable.
